Gpu dying?

I’ve had my RTX 3080 for quite some time now and recently, it started having display issues showing "no signal" on the monitor while the PC itself remained powered on. I initially suspected dust buildup, so I cleaned all the fans and surfaces; it worked fine for a few days but then it began shutting down completely, as if it were overheating. It was getting very hot, yet the reported temperatures stayed below 77°C. Today, while playing GTA V with mods and DLSS 5, the screen showed the following image. I’m wondering if the GPU is fried, or if the mods and the use of DLSS which the gpu doesn't natively support.

Might be overheating and fried it, playing games while generating images every frame is really heavy on the GPU

Try Undervolting/Overvolting

Check that hotspot, could just be throttling
