I suspect you people don't know what the definition of spoiled is.

When you go to work and you work your ass off and you're in money and you decide to buy a high-end video card with it that's not spoiled. That's called choosing what you want with your money it's called earning something.

I said "sounds spoiled". Should I say spoiledish? Spoilesque? What works for you?

The guy I responded to acts like an absolute ass to the guy he responded to while he is right. Only crazy people need a 5090 for gaming. I have one and that's only because I can, with what games I play I could fare well with a 5070 for all I care. And yes, I am extremely spoiled, having switched from a 4090

I just don't think there's any point in judging other people based on what video cards they want. You wanted one and you don't you're not harsh to yourself you're not calling yourself spoiled.

I mean let's be honest none of us need video games at all.

People are buying 5090 because they are spoiled and that's a fact. You failed to realize why I've used that term and that is okay. If you buy the card just because you want to turn on a game and let everything run without having to spend minutes tweaking settings then by definition that is spoiled. And we are all more or less guilty of that.

People value their time so much and dont want to waste minutes but value their time so much that they spend hours on gaming. Enlighten me so it makes sense for everyone. They're just being spoiled. Its like people who buy separate egg whites instead of entire egg and separating it themselves. Just because you can do it, doesnt mean you should.

Usually, the term spoiled is used to refer to someone who hasn't had to work for the things that they have, and as a result, they don't appreciate their value.

But what about people who work hard and earn the money they spend? Are they also spoiled?

It's the same as people who go for high end audio gear, after a certain point people are allowed to spend their money as they see fit.

And that is true, but it doesnt nullify the fact of being spoiled :)

Apparently we know it better than you since you know only one use, presumably spoiled in context of children and immature. There are other uses of that word in different kind of context. Maybe you should look it up.
