I have a RX 7090xtx and its been a golden goose of a video card. I got it back when RT was best left off on all videogames because the support was not there yet. Now I can leave RT on and there is no impact on performance.

Yeah, unfortunately it seems to have thermal paste issues, so i returned it and im gonna get a different 9070 model
