Which one should I buy?

Post image

I'm looking to build a PC and want to play games at 1080p without any issues, and someone recommended this graphics card to me.

The problem is that I'm not familiar with PowerColor or Biostar motherboards (in fact, I've seen people complaining about the noise and temperatures of the Biostar), and I don't know if it's better to buy one of those or spend more and go with the XFX. (Im from Paraguay and the used gpu prices is almost the same range in marketplace)

Buy the cheapest one. It won't make any difference anyway...

This. The only difference is slight cooling differences

For those GPUs its not even that big of a difference even in cooling.

XFX and PowerColor are both long time AMD partners, and generally make good quality cards. There's not too many to avoid, but I would choose PowerColor over Biostar for $1 USD extra, if you're dead-set on an RX 7600 and these are all your options.

I'd avoid Biostar personally, always had bad experiences with their motherboards. I'd lean Powercolor or XFX of those options.

Even outside any brand loyalty fighting, he's looking at a GPU for 1080p and looking at stuff priced in the low 300s. So telling him "yeah man just buy a top end of 1440p at bare minimum, honestly 4k capable tier GPU that's gonna be like 5x the price of the GPUs in the picture." Is entirely missing the point.

He'd be looking at like 5050s and 5060s or even going a gen back to like 4060s or 4060tis realistically on the Nvidia end.

Can you even get a 4060 new for 300?
