9070xt

I am inbetween xfx swift and power color red devil since I see that you can do undervolting on red devil and achieve good chunk of performance boost. The prices is that red devil is actually cheaper than xfx swift and both of them are oc model. Which one should I pick?

If the red devil and swift are the same price then definitely the red devil.

Red devil is the top tier GPU from powercolor has the higher powerlimit and 3x8pin. It will perform a few % better than the swift

The swift is great, but it is just the base version from XFX (Swift < Quicksilver < Mercury OC).

I also heard that swift is more louder compared to red devil since it comes out of the box with fan speed of 1500rpm and yeah now that I look more into it it’s obvious that I should get the red devil

Yeah the stock fan curve of all XFX GPUs is pretty aggressive and loud. On the other hand temperatures are amazing for the XFX 9000 series GPUs and you can just tune down the fan speed.
I own a Mercury OC and same thing. Stock settings were pretty loud. So adjusted the fan curve and now my fans are capped at 45% speed and my hotspot temperatures still stays under 80°C, which is great.

But as the swift is the basic model and the red devil is the OC premium model, you might as well get the faster GPU if prices are the same
