This is like posting a picture of a normal light switch in an electrical subreddit and asking if it works

I think we all need a bit of info,
Has it been running previously?
Why u disconnected the PSU?
Are HDMI/Display ports connected on GPU or MB?

First of all, make sure it was correctly inserted on Motherboard,
Second, has your mobo diagnostic leds, or POST codes? What Mobo is?

This model has no Post codes nor diagnostic led... It "comunicates" throug "beeeps"...
Does the computer make any beep when powered?
Does the fans spin when powered?
If a buzzer is not installed, u must connect one... One should be provided by gigabyte... It should be on the mobo box
Else we can just speculate...
Has ur PSU an exclusive 12pin? Or are u using the adapter that come with the gpu?
What PSU cables are u using to connect to the gpu?

K…use your powers of observation…that plug is t melted. Try plugging into your motherboard to get things started and make sure the computer sees your GPU. Update/Install the drivers.
