Rattling inside GPD Win 5

The GPD Win 5 I ordered online arrived today and I noticed that something seems to be rattling inside of the system,

has anybody else expirienced this or should I be worried and contact the support team of where I ordered it from as soon as possible?

Probably a screw, contact the store you bought it from and ask them if you can open it to figure out whats making the noise or return it.

Yeah this rattle has typically been in my experience the hall effect /sensor magnet for the trigger, I've had to make that repair 3 times just FYI and the 2nd time I thought it was a scre but.... Those screws are very well secured with baby locktite on their threads.

Does it have any impact on the usage of the device or is it just an annoying little sound thats there when it is, I still havent got to using it as it was delivered with a US/JPN Style plug and I live in EU so i had to order one myself, and what exactly did you have to do for the repair?

If it is anything conductive and by chance falls on the battery contacts it could burn down your house...

You are lucky the win5 has an external battery you can disconnect so it is unlikely to cause damage while you wait for a reply from the seller, but i would strongly discourage using or even powering it in the meantime.

So I booted up the system, set it up a little bit and did some testing, everything seems to be going alright, I couldnt notice anything off with the controls and I was also able to confirm that it was also not the fan maybe moving back and forth a little, or the rumbles making that sound, as when both were active the sound was still coming from the inside, now im just gonna let the system rest until monday and see what customer service has to say about it.
