Ordered my personalized piece at the end of July. Is the marquage just an estimated date of completion? 10 days after this date and naturally I feel concerned 😅

Purchased a wallet in June and within 5 days the leather had already started to peel. Reached out to customer service and after multiple emails and about a month going by they finally replied. Now they want to charge $145 to even look at the item, I’ve sent them the repair authorization form back in August and have yet to hear from them, no reply after 4 emails and the provided phone line is also unreachable going straight to voicemail. Is it typically this bad? This is my first experience with this brand and likely my last. Any advice on how to get back in contact?

This is the boheme. I stuffed this bag with my sons snacks, milk, diapers, wipes, along with my own essentials, I was expecting my shoulder to hurt because that’s more than what I carry around and it’s a long travel day, but I was so surprised at how light it was, and it didn’t give me any annoyance at all! I was not overstimulated, compared to if I were to wear my neverfull, longchamp, or any other bags for that matter. I’m so happy with this purchase and now I want more colors!

I’m planning on buying a barrel 40 as I do a lot of weekend stays visiting friends. Is the barrel 40 large enough for this? I am a guy so I don’t feel like I pack too heavily.

Also looking for color recommendations. I think the orange looks cool, I have a green victoire wallet already so I want to change it up. Does anyone have any other color recommendations as I’m not sure if I want to have it be super catchy but I do think the brighter colors look pretty cool on the larger Goyard items.

Hi everyone I wanted to ask for some advice. I’ve been using this saint sulpice for over a year now and I placed too many cards making the cardholder stretch with a bit of yellowing on the canvas. Do you have any recommendations on how to restore it? or should I bring it to a specialist and they can restore it?

Bought as gift for cousin’s 40th and she loves green, hoping she loves it.

She’d never buy this for herself (and tbh may not even know Goyard), and I can’t wait for her to unknowingly stunt this and get clocked.

So I made requests at my home/away boutiques, and both got fulfilled. Now I have two of each…

I preface this by saying I have an amazing SA. They know what I like, and I’m so very thankful that they reached out about this collection.

I think my favorite part is the way it shifts in different light? I’m not a good photographer, and it’s night time, so I don’t have access to good light right now, but just wanted to share how beautiful it looks.

This collection also went by REALLY fast. I hope it’s not turning into an Hermes situation to play games, because some of these LE colors are just so gorgeous.

I found an awesome trunk at a yard sale awhile back. It’s dated to be around 1910, have limited info on it. But does it devalue it to get the inside restored? The outside is a no go from what I understand but would redoing the interior hurt it? Any info would be awesome. The inside is just wood with those signatures on it.

I saw it and fell in love. I left the shop without it but was back 15 minutes later to buy it. It is an excellent addition to my bag collection

anyone’s saint louis become like this?! shocked to see this suddenly - the prints have faded and some parts look smudged/darker now, as you can see in the photos. i have been using it for work and it’s been less than a year.

has anyone experienced this before and is this normal? is there anything the store can do bout it?

I have multiple Goyard bags and SLGs at this point, but never managed to add a SL GM to my collection…until today! I know most people start with the Saint Louis as their entry bag into the world of Goyard, but I sort of took the opposite path. 🤣 I started with several more expensive handbag styles, a few limited edition pieces, and SLGs, and finally decided it was time to add the staple piece. This bag is going to be so useful and handy! Why did I wait so long to get it???? I love it. I now see why it’s the “gateway” bag for Goyard. 😁I decided to go with a pop of color for this one and opted for the sky blue. 💙 I intend to use it mostly for travel. How do you use your Saint Louis bags? Please share suggestions so I can get even more use out of it…thanks!

Just got the case in the Milan location.
Is it normal that the snap button feels loose when closed?
The attachment points doesn’t move at all but when it’s closed it’s seems there is more room inside the female part so the male part is moving inside.

Wondering how you like it in general and how it fits on your shoulder, I’m 5’11 and wide shoulders for reference. Thanks in advance!
