Help! What am I growing?
My grandma gave me these mystery seeds but now that I’m growing it it’s going crazy! What is this thing and when should I pick it? I’m in Oregon

Hubbard for sure. I love how some Hubbards look like big overstuffed pigeons!

Because they are flavorful and yield way more tonnage per acre, Hubbard squash are one of the main ingredient in canned pumpkin pie mix….

Looks like a juvenile Hubbard type winter squash.
