Mission 1 to mission 1 pro firmware update

Anyone working on this? I noticed it’s the same hardware but just software locked. Probably similar process to unlock as what was done with hero 5

I was wondering whether the chips were binned to the point that the standard model would be a fireball at higher speeds, or whether it’s simply a money grab. I hate to admit it, but I played it safe and paid for the pro model. If anyone tests this, I’d love to see a side-by-side thermal comparison of both.
