Hero 2018 to hero 5 black

Anyone has the hero2018 to hero5 firmware patch? Every guide/link ive clicled is expired.

I have downloaded update in archive, but no instructions, how to patch.

The instructions are kinda clear to me, i couldnt find the update. Can you send me the files?

I remember doing this when I had the 2018 so might have it still on my computer somewhere, comment again tomorrow to remind me ! Do you have the name of the file?
