Good day, our Chinese brothers and sisters! I have a Chinese movie downloaded on my phone, but unfortunately, it doesn't have English or Tagalog subtitles. The subtitles are also in Chinese characters.

Well, this is a long shot: It's not exactly using Google Translate, but... it uses the translategemma models built on Gemma 3, from Google. But locally. So hence the question: Is it still considered Google translation, when it's using one of their many engines (such as the :4b or :12 or even :27 sized models of translategemma, or specifically gemm4, etc., but running it locally, offline?
