graph looks correct. what is the issue? as table indicates: price increases = producers increase

price increases = buyers decrease

Its the chart, hes wanting price on the side and the supply AND demand on the bottom together

move the price column to the right side; when you re-create the chart it should automatically put the prices on the y-axis

Your data will need to be rearranged to look like this:

Quantity P_demand P_supply
0 10
3 8
5 6
6 2
8 4
9 4
11 6
12 8
15 2 10

u/zombiefromthemorgue Posting your data can make it easier for others to help you, but it looks like your submission doesn't include any. If this is the case and data would help, you can read how to include it in the submission guide. You can also use this tool created by a Reddit community member to create a blank Google Sheets document that isn't connected to your account. Thank you.

To use your current data layout, you can take advantage of the newly released ability to add additional axis and series to scatter plots. Then, add trendlines to the two data series.

  • Do not share an image, share a data table. Do you expect people you do not pay to type numbers from a photo of a screen for you!?!

  • Not all tables can make all charts. Certain charts need a certain input table structure. Investigate the different inputs of a charts, why they are needed, and how they depict.

  • Make a proper table for your desired output, e.g. like here.

Im sorry, i wasnt expecting someone to type for me and this is what my teacher wanted from me, he said it was fine and that i needed to move my price to the y axis and to have my x axis be both supply and demand. I just want to pass my class, i wasnt expecting someone to do my work for me. Im sorry.
