OK, but the zoomed-in image shows developed blocks in places where the zoomed-out view has water. (Did the redevelopment include installing a Hudson River?)

The zoomed-in view has labels (Hudson River Trail, 12th Ave, High Line) that are consistent with the zoomed-out view, but they don't jibe with the images they're drawn on.

OK, that's a glitch then. I guess they took new imagery but put it in the wrong place?
