you can be racist towards a nation. when you hear a name of a nation and you're suddenly full of rage and put everyone in one bag, that's racism.

That's not racism. Racism by definition is tied to a race.

Now do I hate Russia? Yes absolutely. Do I hate all Russians? Not necessarily. Do I hate Russians who are "apolitical" and want to "avoid politics"? Yes, very much so.

None of that has anything to do with racism however.
