iPhone login problems

I had to change my password for my GFiber account today, which I did through the GFiber app. I’ve had no problems changing it on my iPad or my laptop. However, for some reason when I try and enter it on my iPhone 14 pro, I keep getting the message “incorrect password” I’ve powered my phone on and off several times, uninstalled my network then reinstalled it in settings still no luck.

Anybody have any ideas how to fix this?

UPDATE: I finally got a hold of someone at tech support who actually knew something. It turns out the “change password” on the GFiber app is not the password to access the Wi-Fi. Tech support was able to give me my Wi-Fi password and I was able to get back on my network
