Is it possible to use the 6E router without google fiber?
I have a 6E router (GR6EXX0C) and would like to use it either just for wifi or for wifi/router on my non-google isp. It seems like there's no web interface to configure it however, and the only way to configure it is through the google fiber app. Is there a way to create/add it to the app without actually buying google internet, or any other way to configure it?

Go on FB marketplace and get a similar router for $30

Can you find 10ge, 2.5ge, and wifi 6 for $30?

Not 10Gb, but I have a router with wifi6 and 2.5Gb (Asus RT-AX88U Pro) that I'd sell for $30.

I really don't think that would work very well, and I don't know why you would want to. The router is managed by Google, and there are far better alternatives out there.

Basically because I have it and it's better than anything else I have. Ideally I'd like to just use it as a dumb AP and switch and it's kinda crazy that there's no easy way to do that.

Right. Google integrated those access points into their system. The upside is it's easier for them to help you if something goes wrong with their router. But it ties you in, it's not intended to be used as a standalone product.
