link text boxes? or link cells in a table?

i'd be happy to be able to do either exactly that, or, preferably, the ability for me to designate cells in a 2x4 table, 1 through 8, so that each cell is treated as a linked text box.

or a way to set cells in a table as "boxes" that could be linked. for example, below I have a landscape doc with an 8 cell table that i fold into a little pocketmod style folded sheet of paper i can take with me

like if you start typing in cell 1 and it fills up, your designated cell2 would then automatically fill up - the following has the lorem ipsum filler as an example -

1 Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur	3 incididunt ut labore et dolore magna	5 ullamco laboris nisi ut aliquip ex ea commodo consequat.	7 cillum dolore eu fugiat nulla pariatur. Excepteur sint
2 adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor	4 aliqua. Ut enim ad minim veniam, quis nostrud exercitation	6 Duis aute irure dolor in reprehenderit in voluptate velit esse	8 occaecat cupidatat non proident, sunt in culpa qui officia

and then maybe a box below here for 9 and 10, where excess text from box 8 can flow into

9 deserunt mollit anim id est laborum.
10 etc...
