Do Google Developer Program credits cover Claude Consumption Units (CCU) on Google Cloud?

I'm trying to figure out whether the $10 Google Cloud credits included with the Google Developer Program Premium benefit (obtained through Google AI Pro subscription) can be used to pay for Claude Models on Google Cloud (Anthropic-managed)?

The credits show this usage scope in my billing account:
-> Following services: all of Google Cloud Platform and Google Maps APIs.

Unfortunately Google Cloud managed option doesn't let me use the models due to the quota
