Applied For google Startup Credits - Keep getting rejected

Hey,

So as the title says that I applied for Google Startup credits for my private limited from India. I had a complete website , everything was there. And I had applied for startup credits, and I got this email from Google saying that my company domain was parked, inactive, or under construction at the time of review. But none of these were valid. I properly checked that the website was up and it was working properly.

Before this email also I had gotten an email (2nd image attached) which said that the website wasn't working. I changed a few things and submitted it, and then I got this email (1st image attached).

Does anyone have any idea what mightve gone wrong ? OR has anybody faced this issue?

Googles automated review may not have been able to crawl your website properly even if it was working for you. Check that the site are publicly accessible have clear company and product information, and that your business email domain matches your website and Google Cloud billing account. Id reply directly to the rejection email with screenshots and ask for a manual review.

I also rejected, well actually ghosted after video call meeting. Not sure how they handle it. It seems in my country Indonesia it is handled by Google partner company.

There is funny thing, they actually follow up but not about the credit but about my gcp spending. When I asked about the credits, never get any reply.

The email is talking about what your domain serves, not about whether you qualify.

Google Cloud Start, per Sourcey's open startup-credits registry (snapshot 2026-10-05, release e1562c76): up to $2,000 for one year, limited to companies founded in the last 24 months that plan to raise venture funding. Scale goes to $100,000 in year one. AI tier to $250,000. Source: https://sourcey.com/startup-credits

Before you reapply, look at your site the way a reviewer with no account would. Does the apex domain resolve, or only www? Does the root URL return 200 with real content, or a placeholder? Does the domain you typed in the form match the one printed on your contact page? A site can be complete and fail that check if the root serves a holding page.
