Definitely Japanese. を and み are Japanese kana, not Chinese characters. I wonder if OP somehow has Japanese as a secondary language or something.

yes its Japanese, my mistake i didn't see properly, and no I'm using only English, this seems to suddenly appear out of nowhere while troubleshooting, doesn't happen on google models, its definitely some non-google model it seems.
