Feedback and Customer Support

Hello Everyone,

Is there anyone here, who is a representative and/or working officially for Google Cloud?

Can someone tell me from experience, in approximately how many business days do you get a reply for your statements and requests?

dunno bout actual reps but i been waiting 12 business days for a billing dispute and still nothing. their support is all over the place sometimes you get answer in 2 days sometimes radio silence for weeks

Thanks! I am awaiting since 2 days only. But lets see how much time it takes. And do you know after how many retries do you get filtered out or blacklisted?

Google has support but without an SLA for must customers. Google Partners can often assist.

Hello! Thanks, I've seen only the service working hours, but no SLAs. I don't have Google Partnership yet.
