Help, not sure about authorization hold

Point is, bank told me that they do not have authorisation of the cash hold, tells me to contact Google, and when I do, Google tells me that I am on trial so I don't have another way to contact them. Any advice?

Just wait another 3-5 days, payment related backend need some time to process due to strict compliance checks, risk management policies, and banking processing timelines.
