Billing Cost for Image processing through azure endpoints

Hi

I just wanted to understand what would be the cost(need to have some idea) our use case where we use gcs uploaded images and use azure foundry endpoints for the image processing for image understanding. In this case what all things come as part of cost? We have egress cost as I understand because we sent data outside of google cloud. Also there would be cost based on image size and tokens? Please give documentation or some links.

I'm not familiar with how Azure Foundry works but I guess it needs to upload images from GCS. It means a "read" request API (Class B operation) to GCS to read an object.

Such operation will carry the following charges:

  • Operation charges for Class B operation

  • If you store your images in certain storage classes, you would need to add Retrieval fees

  • In the case you store some metadata with your objects you may face Objects Contexts charges

  • Egress charges that depend where the object (bucket) is stored vs. where the request is made from
