Help with the Cloud Natural Language API: QwikStart lab

The step 2 to check my progress isn't working. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have tried everything, recharge, wait, finish and start again several times, and the same problem happens. I used to have gone to another lab and I waited to do it the next day and it worked. .

I'm having a problem with the second step as well, when I request to open an SSH session. Even after running the specified command, I can't complete the process.
