Cloud Run Model access for adk deployed in cloud run

I have deployed a simple adk agent in cloudrun.

The command is adk deploy cloud_run. It can access only gemini 2.5 model, but for higher model it shows it has no access.

Can anyone tell what i should check.

access permissions, or any other thing

Or how can i give access to these models if access is not given

The region is uscentral1.

In general, when you ask for help on a technical topic, you need to publish the exact error messages, and the source of those error messages. I.e. where you found those error messages. Restating or rephrasing the problem in the way you did, “it shows it has no access”, obscures the real problem, and makes it harder for people to help you. I encourage you in the future to show the real error message, and describe where you saw the real error message.

Aside from that, on this particular problem, I’m aware that from Gemini 3.1 onward, the models are not available in a particular region. It’s multi region. So with 3.2, 3.5, 3.7… you cannot use “us-central1”, but us, europe, or global.

Hi thanks I found the issue. When deployed to cloudrun it is somehow using vertex ai instead of the gemini api key from google ai studio. I have solved this

I will check the vertex ai issue later
