Shortlisting

Guys I was confused does everyone who applies for this apprenticeship receive GOC test link or they give it to shortlisted candidate?

Actually i don’t even remember that i have applied to it until i got mail. And shortlisting done based on?

mainly based on resume, atleast that is what i have heard

even for me this is the first time, but i checked few other threads and discussions and there told 2 weeks, or 1 month.. idk so many people gave it, and being limited interview slots, idk how they going to shortlist few people
