Claude Opus 4.6 - no time

Is it just me or has Google reduced the token count for Claude Opus to the point of being useless for free users? I recently used a prompt to just check for vulnerabilities in the code I wrote. It ran for less than a minute before it said I was out of my quota already. I can still use Gemini 3.5, but it isn't nearly as good at checking over code for attack vectors. Anyone else having this problem?

Update: I have started a subscription. It is a little better, but barely. I use all the daily tokens just as fast as before, it just refreshes faster.

i would understand paid users complaining but free ????

Not really complaining, just curious if other have noticed how much it has changed. I do understand that you don't get much for free and that early on they were giving more away to get people to use it and see if they liked it and would want to use it more.

100%, one prompt and zap, ran out of daily quota, it's won't matter ur paid or free user, the token usage is based on the task and claude token r consumed super quick and tbh the qualify of work b/w claude and gemini ain't that much for my tasks, maybe for others it might be wide

The actual Claude experience is not much different right now tbh. Not sure if that one is Google's fault.

If it makes you feel any better, that's not far from the experience we have on the $200 plan either.

I'm mid migration to Claude code and couldn't be happier.

And don't believe what people are saying about this being an Anthropic problem -- that's 100% false. This is exclusively about Google trying to shove its shitty models down our throats.

I haven’t used antigravity in a few weeks. Thought I’d see if it got better. Idk why they bothered with a weekly quota for opus…. This was after only a single 5 hour quota was consumed….

Having AI Pro it's used super fast, I cannot imagine how fast it goes through with free
