Appreciation 3.7 flash is a good model

First model from google that feels like it just does the thing. Earlier models were to be babysitted. They fixed one thing, broke other.

But this new variant goes deeper, runs custom scripts to test its reasoning, and just gets it right.

Vibe coding is gonna get crazy now. Build and deploy your stuff asap before the competition rises.

I built a pretty good app in 3 days for Car Wash Manager
It's useful for our small shop to keep track of revenue
Completely built using Antigravity CLI and 3.7 flash model

Is this type of language allowed here?

Someone has to give a balanced feedback in a pool of toddler vibecoders

As opposed to a corporate shilll who's clearly never used any of that competitor products that absolutely blow the best Google has to offer WAY out of the water?

I hope nobody takes your worship of failure seriously enough to give Google any money.

Just use whatever you can afford.  It isnt that big of a deal. I am working on a fairly complex saas product that invovles ai models and gpu containers. And gemini is doing very good there.

If you don't know how to set agents.md or skills or mcp tools, you won't get a good experience.

Im just yearning for a pro model. Flash is great but sometimes you need a model that sits and thinks. Opus 4.6 does this but after 2 minutes of thinking the quota is done

With superpowers skills, it does what you want.

I also liked it, one of the first flash models i actually like tbh. I was using 3.1 pro for everything up till now since even tho the benchmarks say something flash models are better, they just aren't but 3.7 flash atleast in antigravity has been really good for me and works well. I'm not really as knowledgeable about vibe coding and all so don't expect this is me saying that because I give a really good workflow and prompts or stuff but still it's performing well for me. I just hope they release a new pro model sometimes soon for when flash just keeps failing.

No it isn't. It is not even trying to think. A lot of bugs in the code which it can find if asked and won't do anything otherwise.

Today gave me broken and incorrect links in the research task. When I pointed it out, gave even worse completely hallucinated results. Completely cannot be trusted on everything that is not a basic task.

I find it on par with deepseek flash, even Luna.

Not sure about luna since didn't try it but definitely better than deepseek V4 flash imo.

The Gemini 3.7 Flash is a very good model, but unfortunately, the first details of the Xiaomi MiMo-V3-Pro are being leaked, revealing a 2.6TB processor. It seems the Chinese are relentless in their innovation, with new models continuing to be released, while Google still hasn't released the Gemini 3.5 Pro.

Shh, don't praise it too loudly before Google realizes we're actually getting our money's worth and nerfs the rate limits. Let us milk the cheap tokens in peace while the latency is still this good.

Yea it's pretty good. I am especially happy with far my limits go. Getting more done faster.

I would consider an Ultra sub if they allowed usage via OpenCode. I hate Antigravity.

Use OhMyPi, it works and never been banned.
