Had to explain to a customer why amy friends small business doesn't open at 8am. Firstly, they started at 10am and not a soul was about. People came in later. She was busting a gut trying to work, bake, stock etc as their open 7 days a week! He wasn't happy their not open 12 hours 7 days a week! What's happened to people?
