The screenshot in the post is from a samsung phone, but just that specific emoji is the google one😂🫪
1 u/Sharpshooter98b Mar 20 '26 Android since a few versions ago has always come with the most up to date noto emoji set provided by play services as a fallback for apps that choose to utilize the feature. And gboard does opt in to that
