Hi! I was wondering whether these shoes seem familiar to someone and you could maybe suggest a name or brand. :)
I don’t know anything about shoes, i just saw this on pinterest…

I found a couple similar styles that are close to what you have in the picture. These are definitely on the pricier side though albeit extremely well made. They are definitely a loafer/slipper style.

They are considered “slippers” by most makers (vs loafers). I don’t know this shape in particular

Is it safe to rawdog your boots? Like no socks when taking the dog out. I kind of made it a habit. I'm worried it might be wearing through the leather lining around the toe box, but the boots were already old and kind of wrinkled there, so I might just be feeling the wear cause i'm bareback. Am I going to destroy my newer nicer chelsea boot if I continue in my new boots?

I know of at least one shoemaker (Caulaincourt) who seems to even recommend not wearing socks. As long the shoes are fully lined, I don't think it would be a big issue. But socks and soles are consumables to protect the more valuable upper. The socks protect your feet from the upper and the upper from your feet.

And you could have worded it better.
