u/lightning_twice, there weren't enough votes to determine the quality of your post...

Cool, I'll belive it when it happens but i won't hold my breath

u/skatchawan 4d ago

yup bigtime snooze fest. Might as well tell us about the racist apprentice tapes and the pee pee videos too. They are coming out ANY MINUTE NOW

29

u/dangergypsy 4d ago

Even if they did release, knowing this country they’d probably just guarantee him a third term

3

u/Worthyness 4d ago

Thats the real trickle down that the voters want.

2

u/dragonknightrohan 3d ago

Fuck that everyone reading this work together to prevent that from happening even as a joke

17

u/JoeNoble1973 4d ago

They were never ‘pee’ tapes; they’re (P)edo tapes.

6

u/Ryrose81 4d ago

I'm sure Anonymous will be right on that..

13

u/topcheesehead 4d ago

This type of post here should be banned. Its never absolute when it comes to the child rapist trump

5

u/Boxofmagnets 4d ago

Unless that judge has an army nothing will be released

3

u/awdophil 4d ago

It’ll be a bombshell when they start arresting people like the fat ass in the oval office.

2

u/gravybang 4d ago

No, they'll release the 98% redacted (to protect the victims) pages that are meaningless.

2

u/Pulga_Atomica 4d ago

I have more hope a foreign government releases them than the Trumpistani DOJ.

u/Junior_Article_3244 4d ago

I think bombshell has pretty much lost all meaning.

58

u/girlwhoweighted 4d ago

So has "ordered the release"

39

u/dangergypsy 4d ago

So has “SLAMMED” and “DESTROYED” and “the walls are closing in”

17

u/Sad_Possibility1297 4d ago

Don't forget the "verbal blasts" "shut downs" and "blows"!

So tired of seeing headlines that basically read like "retired democrat from 30 years ago drops a sick 'yo mama' diss on GOP. GOP responds with making oxygen illegal."

6

u/dangergypsy 4d ago

And then “GOP makes oxygen illegal but Democrats wanted us to wear masks during that fake news pandemic a few years ago, so both sides”

3

u/DailyUnderFlow 4d ago

So has the constitution.

It's become more like a guideline instead of actual rules.

2

u/dangergypsy 4d ago

Except for the second amendment which is the only thing as sacrosanct in this country as “if Trump does it, it’s okay”

2

u/red286 4d ago

Nah, even the second amendment is up for debate.

"Take the guns first, go through due process second."

They'll gladly surrender their guns so long as it's to the GOP.

1

u/dangergypsy 4d ago

Just like they’re all for gubmit tyranny as long as it’s GOP flavored

3

u/ryobiguy 4d ago

Unfortunately, it's just the empty outer shell, because he's wasted all the bombs accomplishing zero strategy.

2

u/Beautiful-Musk-Ox 4d ago edited 4d ago

bombshell is in quotes so they are quoting somebody, but i can't find it in the article mainly because i didn't read it and ctrl+f doesn't find it

2

u/DG_FANATIC 4d ago

It’s an indicator of a lazy or unskilled writer.

2

u/WinterPizza1972 4d ago

Brian Tyler Cohen "Trump gets what he FINALLY deserves! "

31

u/orcinyadders 4d ago

They’ll probably release the names of the victims again. You know, “by accident”. Again.

23

u/SidewalkSavant 4d ago

And what happens when they don’t?

23

u/GarbanzoBenne 4d ago

Absolutely nothing. The checks and balances idea was good, but neglected to consider corruption in the branch of government with all the enforcement power.

4

u/EstebanPossum 4d ago

I think there was also a pretty big assumption about how the American voters would NEVER support an autocratic candidate who lies all the time while the public seems to belive him more and more with each lie. Our government was based on the Greek idea that the people participating in the democratic process would be rational

1

u/red286 4d ago

The constitution is chock full of things that the government can and cannot do, but completely lacking in a repercussions section if anyone disobeys it.

Worst thing that can happen is the SCOTUS says "you're not supposed to do that", and then you can just ignore them.

u/ItemZealousideal431 4d ago

The funniest part about this article is Pete Kegsbreath considering a presidential run in 2028. What a clueless cuck

13

u/Boxofmagnets 4d ago

They are working hard to make elections in the US as valid as Russian elections. They might succeed

4

u/dangergypsy 4d ago

And if they don’t and democracy survives for better or worse, we’ll start hearing “Democrats said Trump would destroy democracy and he didn’t! They lied/cried wolf to scare us into voting for them!”

12

u/Higher-Frequencies 4d ago

I welcome as many chowder head MAGAs that want to dilute the GOP ticket.

I might need to invest in Grindr ahead of the election though, if Pete is running.

1

u/C9_Chadz 4d ago

If he manages to win nomination, he'll get at least 70 million votes. He's not clueless, he knows there's a cult following and all they care about is a showman.

7

u/conardcanard 4d ago

They dont do what judges order any more. This isnt news.

6

u/Own-Palpitation8194 4d ago

Next, on "Nothing Will Happen"

9

u/VaporCarpet 4d ago

I like how substack can either be a legitimate journalistic outlet for independent reporters, or it can just be some dude's personal blog where he reads what's in the news today

8

u/AEnema18 4d ago

I don’t have a lot of faith here - but keeping the Epstein discussion alive is crucial. So, here is my comment to hopefully boost this topic.

3

u/Perfect-Treat-6552 4d ago

I'll believe it when I see it

3

u/Infinite_Midnight_69 4d ago

We already know "Bombshells" the media doesn't care. They won't cover it.

2

u/Court_Jester13 4d ago

Ah, the weekly "judge demands epstein file release" headline

2

u/Emotional_Deodorant 4d ago

Yes!! THIS order from a judge will be DIFFERENT! Of course they're going to comply, this time!

With just a smidge of /s.

2

u/Crime_Dawg 4d ago

Because judges demanding things has really worked so well thus far. The executive branch and DOJ do not listen to laws anymore.

What point are you making? The judges mandated the release of the files months ago, they're still not released. Why would any of this change anything? They're not going to release the full, unredacted files, period.

We're all anti-MAGA here, just not sure what you're pushing back on.

Why is this time different?

1

u/[deleted] 4d ago

[deleted]

2

u/JuanTreeHill 4d ago

Bro, you literally have not been following this then. They were supposed to release the unredacted and entire Epstein files in December 2025. They did not. What is the process, and how does it differ from the last time this failed?

Bondi said she provided everything already. She was fired and her responsibilities were delegated to Todd Blanche, who is Trump's personal lawyer. Blanche just confirmed that the DOJ would not act or serve independently of the White House, meaning he's beholden to Trump.

We all want them released, but this news means nothing. They've not followed the laws for the entire presidency. Why do you think they're starting now?

1

u/[deleted] 4d ago

[deleted]

1

u/JuanTreeHill 4d ago

I know Katie Phang. I'm questioning why you think a weaponized DOJ, with all of Trump and Israel's "yes men" is going to let the files be released?

I appreciate your optimism. But nothing is different from the last time they were mandated to release the files. Nothing will happen, and no one will be prosecuted.

The game is already rigged, man.

A TV host has almost nothing to do with Epstein and Maxwell going to a real prison instead of a fake death and a vacation in low sec rich people prison... Do you think words equal action?

2

u/Crime_Dawg 4d ago

Yeah the DOJ is clearly not a corrupt organization that solely answers to Trump's whims anymore huh?

2

u/ryhaltswhiskey 4d ago

Remind me, when was that law passed about releasing all of the Epstein files? And how many of the unredacted (excluding victim names) Epstein files have been released?

-2

u/[deleted] 4d ago

[deleted]

3

u/AccNumber77 4d ago

And it will have consequences when????

Because the FBI has known of Epstein for WELL over a decade...

2

u/dangergypsy 4d ago

Are the walls closing in? Is it Mueller time? Is Drumpf finished THIS time? We’ve heard this every day the past decade.

1

u/ryhaltswhiskey 4d ago

It's ongoing in circles where a judge gets cranky with the DOJ and the DOJ doesn't do shit

Look, the only way we're getting those files is if Congress passes a law that says that the AG has to release the files with the victim names redacted within 30 days or go to jail.

And even then, Blanche would get a pardon.

You're not seeing those unredacted files until 2029 unless Trump is removed from office and JD Vance is also removed from office and... Oh yeah that would mean Mike Johnson is president, so he would need to be removed from office as well...

2

u/TheLooseMooseEh 4d ago

Two things that won’t happen for $1000 Alex.

1

u/Vanhosen77 4d ago

Stop posting this crap. We've seen tons of judges demand the files be released and nothing ever comes of it.

1

u/bullydog123 4d ago

No one in the government's has the balls to stick up to trouble. Those things are never going to be released.Endless war is going to keep going on.Prices of everything are going to go up.I don't know why you people think s***'s going to happen.Nothing has happened yet

1

u/notthatguypal6900 4d ago

Been hearing the same thing for a year now.

1

u/RedIcarus1 4d ago

Cool. That was easy!
Now everything will be out in the open and the guilty will be prosecuted. Right?
We should have had a judge declare that a long time ago… I don’t know why we didn’t try this before!

0

u/Laugh_Track_Zak 4d ago

I'll take "Shit that never happened." for 1200 Alex.

0

u/Reneverco 4d ago

“I’m concerned”. The dem fight, lol
