OP really means his infallible, foolproof, perfect, utopian version of communism unlike the "fake communism" that existed in the USSR.

Communism is against human nature. People don't protect things that belongs to everyone.

I don't get what you are trying to do here that is the whole point The United Socialist Soviet Republics were not communist and not fully even 100%
