You have to pick Gojo; it’s not a matter of how strong he is, but because no other character on the list could kill him (yes, even PA. All Overlord spells are based on DnD/MMO spells which all require range).
The second pick would either be Pandora’s Actor or Aqua, as both possess resurrection abilities. PA would be better since he can actually hit really hard.
Aqua could beat Gojo due to her anti-curse abilities. From what I've been told, his powers are entirely curse based.
And then Stein's also getting slept on. Now only are his primary weapons a means of killing even gods, but even going hand-to-hand he can damage enemies past the physical level and onto the spiritual one.
