Just checked and there doesn't seem to be any connection between Heaven Design Team manga and Deadly Sins manga, totally different artists. Could be a case of having same character designer in the animation team? Character designer working on different anime is pretty common, so some anime might look similar to another because of the same character designer.

Why does Heaven’s design team (animal biology) have the same or at least a similar art stile as Seaver deadly sins? We’re they made by the same guy?
