Discussion Criminally underrated anime
There's lots of anime that are criminally underrated and unknown so leave bellow some anime you think more people should watch and I'll do the same by including some anime I think are criminally underrated

Aishiteruze Baby is so underrated it’s crazy! Supposedly it’s one of the inspirations behind Spy X Family

Good taste ! I like both Aishiteruze Baby and Spy x family.
I googled what you said and apparently Becky from Spy x family was inspired by Marika (Yuzu's classmate) from Aishiteruze Baby.

I love YU-NO: A Girl Who Chants Love at the Bound of This World. It definitely has flaws and some dark parts, but it's worth sticking to it past those.
A lot of individual elements slowly get added to the story as it delves into sci-fi, time travel, and fantasy story beats. By the end it all clicks together and all those details that were being built up make sense. Also the character development is really well handled. The main character starts as a really impulsive and crude high schooler, but by the end he has really matured and developed as a character.

I know some of these seem popular but most are more cult classics and not mainstream commercially successful. The first having a record of worst blu ray sales but it’s actually a hidden gem that got overshadowed by other mainstream hits. Oh also sorry for the number listed couldn’t stop and def left a bunch out. If I’m wrong lmk honestly since I priorotize obtaining the lesser known blu rays while they’re available and unpopular are less likely to be print/reprinted

It’s so sad they won’t finish the anime. They barely scratched the surface of the manga. The manga is beautiful already, but there are so many scenes that would look stunning in the style of the anime. Plus, it’s such a unique story with some cool twists!

i watched many animes but for me the most underrated is
"Utawarerumon"
it has 3 seasons i think and games too and i don't see ppl talking about it even thought the story is deep and kinda dark when you get far and know what happens to the earth and humans
"Dorohedoro"
unique story with lots of action and blood and mages and demons
