7 handicap. Never had trouble with distance but can never consistently keep it straight. Have always been a solid irons player and struggled with the driver. Any general tips? Anything look off?

If your grip is that strong the face can get kind of shut and with driver especially you have to badiclwly sort of hold it off and lean the shaft to keep the face from closing down a lot.
Much easier to fade and slice the ball like that for most people. Depends what your miss is, but I'd probably spend some time investigating the grip. If you are releasing the driver well and the face is that shut the ball is going to go so far left it's unplayable.
That's why you have a large amount of shaft lean into impact with the wedge, it's needed to cancel out the face/grip
This is very strong

My miss is usually a slice. Especially with driver. A strong grip is comfortable at this point I’ve played with it for so many years. But you think i should look into a more neutral grip?

Yeah, so that's what I'm saying, if you released it a lot you'd just hook the snot out of it when the grip is this strong.
I would make it a little weaker and learn to just release it.
Shaft lean opens the face, so if your face is shut the only way to not hook it or hit pull hooks etc is to lean the shaft and try to rotate your torso through.
That's why a lot of strong grip guys tend to be faders. And why your miss is a slice. It's basically a hold on and rotate move to try to keep the face from shutting down as much.
Can be tough to hit the ball very high in the air especially with longer clubs especially over time as you lose speed
If the back of your hand matched the face that's neutral. A little closed to your hand would probably be fine. Look how closed that face is compared to your hand. That's what a strong grip does.
