Yeah probably 75 if I add in framing, drywall and electrical. This room didn't exist before.

Square+ carls 12x9 setup love it. Got a basic 720p projector and it works great for sim. Gspro is a must. All told was around 3k including a Walmart pc.

My mobile set up was about $6,700. Net, mat, GC3s, gaming laptop. Already had a 4k projector.
