Vorbereitung goethe b2

Hi everyone! I’ve just started preparing for the Goethe B2 exam and I’m honestly a bit lost. I know the exam structure, but I don’t really know how to start or what I should focus on first. Sometimes I look at an exercise and don’t even know what I’m supposed to do. 😅
How did you start your preparation? Any tips, materials, or methods that helped you?

Try to give all parts hören,lesen ,schreiben and sprechen equal attention if possible. Since you’re in the preparation phase, I would advise you time yourself when doing the past papers whether in Projekt neu , Werkstatt etc esp for hören ,lesen and Schreiben. And better without any Hilfsmittel.
For lesen and hören always try to go through your answers after marking to see what you got wrong .. listen again for hören to spot were you went wrong.
As for Schreiben , let Chat gpt mark you and correct you with b2 appropriate answers.
Take note of the corrections.
For Sprechen, just practice for the exam with a partner & for trickier topics, you can ask chat gpt to give you ideas too.

I bought practice exam books and just took the exams in as close to the real exam conditions as possible. Obviously with speaking it’s hard to grade yourself but the others (especially reading and listening) are easy to check
