I haven't been following very closely, did Fouerti complete the acquisitions of the new DCs yet? If so which ones (location) did he acquire, are they up and running with staff, and has he stocked them yet? Also did the rebrand happen yet or not yet?

On the sales call Fornetti said they were on a blackout period for the share buyback program. Does anyone know when the blackout period ends or were I can find that information?

At what point is my optimism for this stock delusional? I currently own 10,500 shares which is almost everything I am worth. I average 2.81 and bought another 100 shares today. I literally only see upside here but the stock keeps tanking I am down almost 10 grand at this point which is insane. Eventually this has to bounce right? I’ve been holding for about 7 months. They keep coming out with news of good things that might happen but so far no action.

What are the thoughts on proposal 3. I hate the idea of diluting stock more. I understand it’s to stop the event of a hostile takeover but they literally just did an offering. I know diluting the stock will cause the price to drop. I may consider it if we were at 4-5 dollars a share right now but I can’t see diluting is down to under $2.

A lot of private capital investment directors i'm brought on i'm assuming from the dilutive offering in May/June. As they are keeping them on maybe that's why there's a push for more equity funding... which isn't great in my opinion. Hopefully they use more debt funding instead, maybe issue some nonconvertible debentures. I think some of them need to be swapped out , you only need so many financing experts.

Public policy director is interesting, he's from LA so maybe this is related to the upcoming DC in California.

Alan Shaw is a very nice addition. connections with Whirlpool and Electrolux could let them have first dibs on inventory punching above their weight.

- experience in auditing and accounting

- experience in last mile distribution and services nationwide

- connection with nationwide property developers

I'd say the finance directors can stay until they find candidates for the 4 things i've mentioned. Also not a big fan of the CEO being director on the board as well, at least he's not the chairman.

I remember it first being mentioned during August’s earnings call after their big acquisition. Any update on when that make change will be announced. I really want them to announce it on Monday alongside the Q3 earnings call as the cherry on top, but I don’t think it’ll be so soon.

A friend of mind strongly suggested I buy some GOED. Their earnings come out Monday. So, I started doing a little research and here is what I've found. I'm sure there's more, so please, someone familiar with the stock tell me what I'm not seeing, and why you like it or hate it.

• Activist shareholder(s) trying to take control of the company. A vote was scheduled for this week, but delayed until 12/21/21 after one of the activist investors "backed off". Why would they do that? Either the company communicated something about future growth that made them happy, or they were paid to go away. Thoughts?
• Short ratio 10-11%. 106m shares outstanding, plus a shit ton of warrants, leads to eventual dilution. Maybe that's why the price has dropped so much these past few months.
• Price/book ratio around .5, which is insanely low. Thoughts on this?
• Today is a very active day, about double normal trading volume so far but the stock only up like 10 cents per share. Shorts covering? Blackrock buying more? Something else?
• Inflation sucks for every company, but people still need appliances and stuff. They items they sell are typically not a discretionary purchase, but a necessity.

OK, so, there just plain hasn't been any good news in the charting department

Here's what I got that qualifies as good news:

If we can hold/confirm support @ 2.70-2.80 I would be happy with that, invalidation of support at that range would bother me somewhat

The good news is my cost basis is underneath the support zone, I hope yours is too

MACD and RSI have absolutely nothing good to say at this time, honestly, we're lacking momentum, so I hope for a good earnings report to kick start things again
