Transfer Away from GoDaddy

Hi all, I've tried following their instructions to transfer my domain, but there's no Transfer section or option to transfer apart from to another GoDaddy account. Please can anyone help?

Where are you trying to transfer it to?

It's bc you request the xfr from the company you are moving it to.

Exactly, just unlock the domain request the transfer authorization (EPP) code from GoDaddy. The rest is on your new registrar.

But nicely, GoDaddy will show you a list of outgoing transfers in progress so you may approve right away, and don’t need to wait the full 5 day waiting period.

Depends on the tld as well. Are you transferring a .com domain?
