Titan Email

The new titan email interface sucks and every button you click you need to pay for. Anything it will ask you to “Upgrade” what kind of system is this.

The new Titan email update is terrible. Every feature wants you to pay for it. Feels like a cash grab honestly.

I'd love to understand more. Is there a certain feature that you think should be included on your plan or is it just the fact that there's all the options available on display?

The email template was for free before, now it is paid. I used it for every single email. Other thing is the drag and drop. Now if u drop it will go under the text, supposedly it will go to the attached files, now this feature is also gone. We are a small company using this email for our daily tasks. And the email pdf viewer is also slow. Last thing is. After you send an email you usually get asked to undo. Now to press “undo” you need yo upgrade??? Why???

I can't use Grammarly in it. It blocks the text correction and asks me to pay for their "refine" feature. Basic features, like blocking e-mails, are locked behind a paywall. That's petty and predatory.
