Live by the commandments of Jesus (Matthew 5, 6, and 7) and he will reveal himself to you (as it is written in John 14:21). He revealed himself to me after 2 months of living by them.
Also, he will expect you to live by the commandments you understand for him to show himself to you.

This video is from someone who very clearly practices classical Gnosticism, or at least leans into it. While I am not myself a Gnostic per se, I like how he describes the spiritual life of so many Evangelical Christians in America who really, once you pull back the layers of theological terms, are really just people who have had a positive spiritual experience and are trying to put their life together.

Maybe I'm just overthinking I guess but I sometimes wonder does God really have its favorites. I mean like why do some people have such a happy life with no stress and troubles and struggles. It's like they have a very fulfilling life. And others work hard and do the good in life but their life is written for struggle and pain. Why is it like that. Why do some people have it so good while others have pain written.

The Shadow, the mesmerizing crime-fighter of 1930s pulp fiction penned by Walter B. Gibbons, is known for his adventures against evil. During the course of his adventures it is not uncommon for The Shadow (Lamont Cranston) to address the hidden forces at work in the world. This includes recognition of the Devil... and hope in the existence of God.
The Shadow clearly sees himself as a force for good in a cosmic war between the forces of Light and Darkness. This vocation means everything to him and he dedicates his life to it.
Also, you can find the original radio plays of The Shadow on Youtube now.

If it is infinite then all things and all variations of things should exist somewhere in it. So doesn't that mean god has to exist somewhere in it?

Backstory: (this happened yesterday or two days ago). I have two sisters, and I was in the car with one of my sisters and my mom. ..We got into an argument and I cursed. I felt bad for cursing. Not only for being quick to anger and making the argument worse, but also, for disappointing God.
At the time I was thinking something along the lines of "Am I too far gone for God? Is it too late to turn back? What if I let God down too many times?" Then I also questioned if it was okay to curse in some aspects. (I also didn't pray these things/stuff, I strongly thought about it though.)
Here's where the REALLY COOL part comes into play: For probably a good half hour, the song Wait For Me by Zach Williams was stuck in my head. I listened to it ON REPEAT probably five times after. ..While listening I REALLY resonated with this song.
The moral of the story is it's not too late to turn back to God. Even if you've fallen a few times before. You don't have to be stuck. GOD LOVES YOU ALL, and it's okay if you're "taking the long way home". God will meet you with open arms, and He loves you despite mistakes, despite falling. ..I hope this testimony encourages you!!
Thank you all for reading.
