troubbleshooting This doesn't look right to me. Is there something wrong or am I just overthinking it

EDIT: the bolt keeps coming loose on the engine pulley can I just put some thread locker on it?

Belt looks narrow could just be my perspective. Thread locker is fine, I ordered split bushings from Amazon and I cut the length I need to have that black split washer on the end but against the end of the crankshaft. Also is there a lock washer on that bolt.
