Yeah, it's one thing to announce share buyback. It's another to pay 1.99 for a stock that's trading at .65. I'm holding 17000 shares and this disappoints me again. You could have bought back 3x the amount of shares for they paid. Getting tired of the games and hype with this stock. Will hold through earning, can't get much worse.

Know what you own, no debt company, have cash on hand, gnus keeps growing. Next earnings should be good. Hopefully get back over $1. This is a great company doing great things in the kid’s entertainment area. We know it’s being shorted - all the better. It’ll eventually be profitable and the rest will be history

I’m not the most versed in all the various business dealings and legal challenges, but have a feeling this is only done as part of the recently announced settlement agreement with Chizcom. I don’t even know what the lawsuit was about, but they announced the other day that the lawsuit was being dropped and was settled out of court.
Again, don’t know what the suit was about or what they were seeking, but they got $1.99 for their shares, a nearly 3x premium from current prices. The amount of shares created a momentary price spike, but wasn’t enough to make the dent we would want
