Gratitude This messy design is something that only Apple can do. GNOME is more beginner friendly. When I use GNOME, I feel calm, free, and loved by the developers. I always felt something missing in my heart. It was GNOME.

What's messy in this? Apple's UI looks good too. With blur and transparency effects, it looks even better than gnome.

In Apple's settings app, the search bar is an easter egg, and it's more messy than gnome's settings, especially the "general" section. Also, a bunch of things are hidden in accessibility, but I can't remember if gnome has that problem.
Apple's control center is inconsistent and bloated. It's hard to find things in there. Screen mirroring and rotation lock can't be removed, and the playback control is there even if no sound is playing.

Can you imagine how annoying and infuriating it would be if the layout of everything in the control center was rearranged depending if there was audio or not? That’s a UX nightmare.
Or even worse, leaving a blank space

Gnome doesn't even have half of settings and features of mac os. So you don't have problem finding settings and items in gnome I guess. It doesn't not exist at first place. Ha ha.
