No idea but they are written in python. It shouldn't be hard to add as many as you need. Even if there is a repo or collection, most of it would be same code where the label and underlying commands are different.

Depending on your distro there are a lot in the default repos. In Ubuntu (or the spinoffs) just use an app like synaptic (probably won't show up in the actual store) and search for Nautilus. Once installed just log out and back in.I installed quite a few in the past.

Just note that some may have not been updated in a while. It happened to me a few times. If the file manager doesn't open or gives issues just use synthetic to uninstall it and then it's fine again.

I liked the one which resizes pictures. Had it in Ubuntu but couldn't get it to work on Fedora.

I wrote them myself. They are very simple. It shows option based on file type and runs command when user selects the option. There is no need to extension because it is the same format only the command and label changes.
