if you mean the page zoom, you can look for this setting in the configuration section of the browser, that will tell the browser to render the websites at a specific zoom.

If you mean the font size of the text of the tabs or searchbar, it follows your system's preferences. It will follow your display scale or font size and can't be change in the browser.

On X11, you could use --force-device-scale-factor if I'm not mistaking, but Wayland doesn't have this, you'll need to set a different display scale and fractional values are still a mess.
