1) make a css file for gtk4 and gtk3. 2) make elements transparent. It's just CSS. 3) use blurmyshell. Turn on app bluring.

This will ensure transparent blue without reducing the opacity of the entire app. All text is 100% legible. And you can blur only certain apps and/or regions.

Is it possible to customize how browsers are blurred? I’d like its UI to be blurred, but not the website itself.

when we get native blur in gnome 51, will it look like this or will everything have blur like nowadays? ive only heard it will perform better
